What is the process in getting a custom storage system?
The process starts with a complimentary consultation in your home. During the consultation, our design consultant will take measurements of your space and discuss your needs, style and budget. We will then work together to create a custom design customized just for you. Once the design is finalized and approved, we will begin manufacturing your custom solution.
As the process progresses, we will reach out to you to schedule a convenient installation date. On the day of installation, we'll arrive on-site and install everything according to the custom design you agreed upon.
After the installation is finished, we will show you how to properly care for your system and answer any questions you may have. At the end of the process, you can enjoy your beautiful new system for years to come.
How long does the entire process take?
The length of the process for designing and installing your custom system varies depending on the design and products you choose. During your design consultation, which typically takes approximately 90 minutes, our design consultant will discuss what your ideal system looks like. Once the design is finalized and approved, the system is then custom built and delivered to your home. After delivery, the system is installed and ready to use. If you have a specific timeline you need to adhere to, our design consultants will be more than happy to work with you in order to meet your desired timeline.
Does Suncoast Closets offer a Warranty?
Suncoast Closets provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of its components. We guarantee that our materials are of the highest quality and free from any defects in material and workmanship. Should any material prove to have a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
However, this warranty does not cover damages arising from abuse, accidents, cosmetic issues (such as fading or scratches from sharp objects), or any other causes not resulting from a manufacturing defect. Suncoast Closets is not responsible for any damage due to overloading or misuse and such damages will not be covered by the warranty.
We understand the importance of providing quality products and stand behind our Limited Lifetime Warranty to ensure that you are satisfied.
